I have sort of exiled myself from LJ but I had to come back momentarily to say - Supernatural, Fuck Yeah!
Thank God it's back. I almost didn't realize how much I've missed it until I got to see this episode. Also, thank God (no pun intended) that they're bringing God and angels into this. I've always wondered, if you've got demons and hell, then where's the counterpoint, the balance? Now here it is and they have about a thousand ways they can take this into really awesome territory. I may not believe in God myself, but I find the Judeo-Christian mythology fascinating and boy, does it make for good cinema.

All that but angels or God or heaven never actually came up. Then came the episode Houses of the Holy. They did explore the subject in that one but ended up leaving us with no answers whatsoever. BTW - if you haven't seen the episode, I won't give it away, but Dean does NOT believe in God while Sam prays to him every day.
So, anyway...after this long-winded thing. I find it really interesting that they're finally exploring this ground. I mean, I've always wondered - if there's not God in this universe, then why does invoking the name of Christ do anything? Why does holy water work? And if there is a God, then where the heck are his soldiers, aka angels.
So yeah, really looking forward to this season.
im also a guitar hero addict <3 ..lol
